"All of the staff were so kind, attentive and professional. The cooks, bartenders and server staff especially as they took the best care of us each and everyday. The ladies in the spa were lovely. Nyoman had such a warm and caring presence and truly made us feel like she was welcoming us into her home. Iluh (Nyoman's assistant) was so helpful in organizing all of our spa schedules and activities both at the resort and helped us with adventures outside the resort. The drivers were great on those crazy streets (thank god) and we loved talking with them, especially Boleng."
