You can swim before breakfast, sit in the garden with coffee, read by the pool, take a spa treatment in the afternoon, or join a simple local experience when the timing feels right.
The property is made for unstructured time: swimming, resting, reading, thinking, writing, talking, or doing very little without feeling pulled away.
Morning light reaches the garden early. The pool stays calm through much of the day. The sea is directly in front of the resort. The spa is close enough for an unplanned afternoon treatment.
You can let the day stay simple — and still feel like enough.
The sea in front of Poinciana is calm, swimmable and accessible on most days. It is not only part of the view. It can become part of your stay.
You can swim from the shore, spend time by the water, or enjoy light snorkelling near the reef. A coral reef sits less than 50 metres from shore, making snorkelling part of the stay rather than a separate excursion.
The north coast gives the ocean a quieter role: present, accessible and always close by.
The spa fits naturally into the slower parts of the day. After a swim, between retreat sessions, or during a free afternoon, a treatment can help you rest more deeply.
If you want to go beyond the property, a small number of local experiences can be arranged.
These experiences work best when they stay light: one morning out, one afternoon visit, one shared moment with the group.
Enough to give the stay a different rhythm, without taking it over.
You may wake slowly, swim before breakfast, read in the garden, rest by the pool, take a massage in the afternoon and have dinner as the light changes. Or you may not leave at all. Both belong here.
