The sea in front of Poinciana is calm, swimmable and accessible on most days. It is not only part of the view. It can become part of your stay.
You can swim from the shore, spend time by the water, or enjoy light snorkelling near the reef. A coral reef sits less than 50 metres from shore, making snorkelling part of the stay rather than a separate excursion.
The north coast gives the ocean a quieter role: present, accessible and always close by.
The spa fits naturally into the slower parts of the day. After a swim, between retreat sessions, or during a free afternoon, a treatment can help you rest more deeply.
An anti-inflammatory menu designed around the rhythm of a retreat week. Built on local catch, whole grains, vegetables, herbs and tropical ingredients, it is naturally gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free, with no white rice, no red meat and no heavy frying.
It is not a protocol or a restriction programme. It is a simpler, cleaner way of eating that supports the body through a week of practice, rest and recovery. Ten moments of food each day, from the morning ritual to the evening tea, each one light enough not to interfere with movement and complete enough to sustain it.
The menu is available to all guests, individually or as part of a group retreat programme. Vegetarian, vegan and other dietary requirements are handled as a matter of course.
